~ Indulgence in being a Tai-tai for a Day
3 tai-tai-wannabes: me, jo & el took leave fr work. Yes, wannabes stil nid to wk before hookin a gd catch. Tis nice surprise (high tea)was planned by jo & we couldn't tel where's da place in her sneak-preview-email. A few pics before i get da rest fr El..
Beautiful place wif gd-to-lounge comfy big sofa seats.. we ate-chatted-idled from 1pm to 6pm haha! saw quite a no. of tai-tais (real ones) & rich-lookin ppl.. *when wil i be lik them?*

menu reads "The One.Hundred.&.One.Teas.of.Shangrila" itz true! itz served in wedgwood.teasets & da 3 of us tried 12 out of their 101 teas! names are v unique lik fancy.sencha, winter fairytale, shanghai fever from da ranges of black & green teas, fruit/herbal infusions etc fr many countries... bt da iced tea selection canot make it, hot teas are beta~
i thot da food's ok.. gd spread, my fave prawn dishes are v fresh. me & jo liked 1type of sushi alot, itz wif fishroe i tink.. & i lik da desserts... Pic doesn't show da whole spread. anythin wif choc tastes yummy here! tiny shot glass wif red jelly's mixed wif evil.volka... da 2of them warned me to b careful of 1fella in office. looks lik in every office there's bound to be a touchy-feely guy. terrible men!

After tat we went shoppin @bug.is & i fought my temptation to buy a pretty but v ex skirt. jo's gd company for shoppin for cosmetics. Lazybum me was lookin for hassle-free makeup & can't make up my mind. El said i can jus put tinted sunscreen too. No liquid.found. followed by loose powder. *hmm* 
Tue: tix are cheaper if u're a gv.movie member, so i went to watch tis. We grabbed a bite within 40min & made it in time coz da ads in da theatre were 20min long!

While waitin for them to sashay in, i looked out of da window & saw da scene below: we're invaded! by an U.F.O~ really looked lik one fr my angle mah =P

a quite-funny & lighted show. da plot's not super unique bt da cast made da movie nice. pretty.diaz & tall-cute.ashton~ i lik how da 2characters complements each other unknowingly, discover their own true self & grow to becum beta as a result of each other's influence. Mayb tis's why i want my future guy to be some1 beta & stronger den me.. so tat i can becum even beta? Ha.. *hmm*

da food's ok on da whole but i was damn pissed by 1dish. Itz was described as a delicious gourmet prawn dish. When it came, it was da dim-sum ha-gao aka prawn dumpling!! Felt so cheated sia... Nvm, mummy's happy... tat's good enuf for me/us! =)
